I never write any restaurant reviews... until I came to LE MOMENT... as I really appreciate the owner's heart and passion towards food and wine...I had a 3-course set dinner. The owner was very considerate and he took care all of my needs. He came to explain every dishes in details and you definitely would feel his passion and profession towards food and wine if you were there.First, I was served with a Smoke Salmon Caesar Salad. I had a 3-course set dinner. The owner was very considerate and he took care all of my needs. He came to explain every dishes in details and you definitely would feel his passion and profession towards food and wine if you were there.
First, I was served with a Smoke Salmon Caesar Salad. The ingredients are fresh and I enjoyed it so much.
Second, it was the Tomato Soup with a Garlic Toast. The tomato flavor was fantastic. It was very nice.
Third, it's the highlight of the entire meal - The STEAK!! It's medium rare, juicy and tender. The mashed potato and veggies served with it are also very nice. (To be honest, The STEAK is better than many of the famous western restaurants!!)
During the whole meal, the owner came introducing different wine to me. The whole dining experience was upgraded when delicious food was paired with good wine.
I was really impressed by this restaurant and I surely will come again!!
