Went at 5:30 to lineup, but apparently they don't close in the afternoon anymore! But green dragon remains being served starting from 6pm.Got a seat rightaway, place was 80% full already.Whats coming soon? I asked them to skip the meat because I know their meat isn't all that great. And they wouldn't substiute it with more greenonions/fungus either.. so sad...
this is what i came for: NOODLES! its the BEST I've had so far, other ramen's noodles can't compare!
slighly oily soup base - I can live with it.
the egg - it's ok.
Red dragon only has a TINT of spicyness, barely any. Couldn't really taste the tomatoes in it. On top of the noodles when it arrived there was a small mini batch of salmon bits, that was a good addition.
almost finished the whole soup!
