Citrus honey with preserved plum - It was sweet and clear, with slight sour taste from preserved plum.
Salty lemon 7-up - It was gassy and refreshing, with the salt lemon enhancing it.
Braised noodles with beef brisket and shrimp roes - Noodles was chewy and smooth, slightly tough though. Beef brisket was tender and chewy.
Braised noodles with wanton & shrimp roes - Noodles was same as the braised brisket noodles. Wanton was juicy and chewy, with fresh prawns used.
Beef brisket & potato curry with naan - We requested for medium spicy as we wanted more punch to it. The gravy was thick and flavourful, perfect for eating with naan which was soft and chewy. Potato was soft and meaty, and the beef brisket was tender and smooth.
Pan fried fish cake - I could taste that they really used fresh fish paste to make it. There was no after taste and was chewy and smooth.
