Newly opened sister restaurant of Chef Bombana, both classic and modern hearty dishes are served. The veal schnitzel valdostana is a unique dish not served anywhere else in HK and is amazing filled with fontina and ham. The penne alla vodka was really yummy (better than Carbone’s version, imho) and chocolate cake with hints of orange inside is outstanding. Attentive service and lively atmosphere. Only complaint is the place is a bit small and can get very loud. Overall fantastic experience, will
