Pho Up (已結業)

This is a pho job by under the same team of Peel Street’s 何蘭正 - which is kind of out of my expectation. My requirements for Pho is high. Soup base and the noodle’s silkiness is important. I have been here before and I have not been disappointed. The Pho Bo I had came hot and with good portion. The soup base is filled with beef stock aroma and it wasn’t too heavy. The beef slices are tender and the bean sprouts were a good match to the whole bowl. The condiments provided were authentic. The Viet
