This restaurant was recommended by my friend who has been.When I first set foot into the restaurant, the environment and setting was impressive.First of all, they asked us if we wanted still or sparkling, 3 of us wanted still, and they actually opened 3 bottles of still water! When I first set foot into the restaurant, the environment and setting was impressive.
First of all, they asked us if we wanted still or sparkling, 3 of us wanted still, and they actually opened 3 bottles of still water! Seriously, this is the first restaurant that would ever do that, other restaurants would open 1 at a time until it was all served- didn't really appreciate that.
Secondly, they served us a bread basket, but the bread were obviously NOT FRESH because they were very soggy.
As for the food:
We ordered a mozarella wrapped in parma ham- which I must admit was good.
We also ordered their signature pizza to share- but we all thought the crust/dough was wayyy too thin and not crispy at all.
As for the mains, we ordered a pasta each. I tried their monthly special- lobster ravioli- but it was basically barely warm, tasteless and there were only 5 pieces for $168- definitely not worth it.
In fact the portions for all the pastas were very small- my male friend wasn't even close to being full.
As for the price, it came up to $280 each. I would think the water was the most expensive, $40/500ml. There IS actually tap water that we didn't know of, so to save up, you could order tap instead, they just don't offer it.
In general, the service was also very unprofessional- they don't know anything about the food in the menu and they weren't very helpful or friendly either.
Basically I would never go again, nor would I recommend anyone to go.
