Very disappointing about the service

I ordered a BROTZEITPLATTE / BROTZEIT® PLATTER. The waitress messed up and served us an Oktoberfest platter which costed an extra hundred dollar. Both platters look very similiar and we didn't know that the one on our table is a different platter. When we got the bill and questioned about it, they admitted that the waitress made a mistake. But they insisted us to pay as we "ate" already. This is quite disappointing. Also, the waitress who made the mistake never return to our table and apologize

Both platters look very similiar and we didn't know that the one on our table is a different platter. When we got the bill and questioned about it, they admitted that the waitress made a mistake. But they insisted us to pay as we "ate" already. This is quite disappointing. Also, the waitress who made the mistake never return to our table and apologize on her own. The rest of waiter/waitress seems fairly new and not familiar with the menu either. The service here needs some serious improvement.
