My friend and I had Flint’s HK Restaurant Week Set Dinner. For the starter, we ordered the Salt Baked Beetroot, and Dill-cued Akaroa King Salmon. The Baked Beetroot had preserved its natural flavours and was a very pleasing appetizer. The Dill-cue Akaroa King Salmon may be a bit salty for me.
