Re-ordered the yummy yummy Tofu Molten Lava Black Sesame Chiffon Cake. So I visited this coffee shop for cake and coffee💚🤎Pistachio Basque Burnt CheesecakeBig love to this cake💚 It’s extremely pistachio!! You could taste pistachio in every bite😋 along the gradient of the cheesecake..🤤blended in the paste…🤤🤤raw as nuts…🤤🤤🤤 they intensified in one single bite🤤😇 and the basque burnt cheesecake was quite smooth too! Highly recommend it to big fans of pistachio or basque burnt cheesecake!!! Hazelnut

Strong hazelnut and nutty coffee flavour 🌰☕️ the combination was good. Even the rosemary on top matched well with the cake. i like that its texture was rich with hazelnut cream and biscuit on top and the yet steeper gradient of the basque cheese cake than that of the pistachio one😋.

Struck a good balance between nutty and fruity flavour. Quite universal in its nutty and acidic sense; plus the fact that it’s not too strong.
