The Boujee Sando definitely catch my attention. I was curious to compare it with the wagyu sando from Wagyumafia. I love boozy brunch so thought it’d be a great idea to visit Silencio for a weekend brunch. The place is chic. Was a bit surprised there’s only 5 tables with guests on a Saturday. Seafood platter
Oyster is the best item on this platter. We decided to refill the oysters for sure but at the end we found out we can only refill other starters but not this seafood platter 🙄
Snow crab not very fresh. The rest is ok.
Chicken Karaage
Japanese fried chicken with mayo. Never served luke warm deep fried food. Such a waste!

Signature Onsen Salad
I love onsen egg. Never had a bad one. This one is good as well. But I can’t see how special it is to be a signature dish.

Hamachi and tuna is pretty good. Did refill these two kinds twice.

Boujee Sando (+$388)
It looks really fancy! Like glowing in the dark. I do love the one with caviar most. Caviar makes a good match with the wagyu. Truffle and foie gras one is good as well. Never go wrong with these two combinations. For the uni one, I think uni should always go with something light, like prawns.

Silcencio Signature Dessert Platter
This platter is quite sad especially that chocolate cake. Not sure if they tried to make something like the one in Zuma. But we barely ate this course.
To sum up, was quite disappointed to the food. Other than the wagyu sando, dishes are pretty average. Staffs are friendly and lovely. But one lady did pour tap water to my glass but we were having sparkling water instead. Overall, not really recommend to visit here for the brunch. Probably doing a la carte for the sando or sashimi will be a better choice.
