Decided to try the brunch at La Paloma after a lovely dinner experience a few months back.Brunch is priced at $350 per person which includes 6 starters, all-you-can-eat paella and suckling pig, and churros to end the meal. A wonderful surprise. The caramel dressing gave a slightly sweet touch to the fresh kale salad and goat cheese. I wish this was all-you-can-eat, because I am sure I would have ordered another!

Traditional spicy potatoes! Another brilliant surprise! Potatoes cooked just right to give the crunchy texture, with a right amount of slightly spicy but extremely addictive sauce!

Suckling pig was absolutely delicious! Shame I forgot to take a picture of it as I was too excited to eat it! The pork skin was extremely crispy and the meat was very tender. I went for an additional plate after the first plate as I could not resist!

This meal was a surprise and an absolute delight, no doubt I will come back again for the weekend brunch! Bravo!
題外話/補充資料：
The entrance may be slightly difficult to locate, and you will need to walk downhill before you can find the lift that will bring you to the restaurant.
