Although I heard that 德記's quality has decreased & the price has increased, I still decided to try it the first time on father's day because we wanted something special. What a surprise, good wor !鹵水鵝片拼大腸 + 豆腐墊低: 鵝片 good but not enough.荔苧香酥鴨: good, 炸得crispy, although the quantity is smaller than 權發, the taste is better than 權發 & the price is cheaper than 權發.蠔餅: a lot of 蠔仔, 炸得比較乾身 (my dad said it was good ^^), but I don't really like 炸野 & felt a bit salty.香芋雞粒玉子豆腐: many many 玉子豆腐, but not enou

This time was ordered too many 又油又炸的菜, 吃多兩件已full. Next time we will try more steamed food, e.g. 明爐煮烏頭, 蠔仔粥, 胡椒豬肚湯 etc.
