I cant be any happier being able to find a restaurant that meets what i look for in guangdong food. Everything they serve comes out perfectly cooked at a very resonable price. Although the restaurant is small and lacks all the details in 'fine dining' the quality cant be matched.I had the their signature dish the sweet and sour pork, everything about this dish should be the way it is. I had the their signature dish the sweet and sour pork, everything about this dish should be the way it is. They literally reinvented the dish for the better. Being a ABC, i had alot of different sweet and sour pork in my life but I havent found one where it isnt too sweet where it would hurt your teeth or to sour where you would only have 3-4 pieces. The pork is lean and tender and the batter of the dish is perfect where you could taste the meet.
I also had another signature of theirs, the steamed pork 'meatloaf'. Again perfectly excuted.
Other dishes were ordered and all of them came out perfect.
After my meal I had no MSG sideeffects unlike other restaurants where after your meal you would have dry mouth and light headaches. Highly recommend this restaurant, but sercretly i hope the restaurant stays the way it is where it wont get packed with a 20 minute wait and overpriced due to high demand. Trust me, my review will not overhype the restaurant, It is just that good.
