For the starter, I chose the tartare di manzo piemontese. The beef tartare was amazing - it melted-in-my-mouth and had a great balance of flavors from the piemontese sauce. At the same time, the light and creamy buffalo mozzarella added a nice contrast to the beef tartare. Another starter was polpo agli agrumi. The octopus was cooked perfectly, with a great texture and a nice citrus flavor. The potato and onion added a great crunch, while the citrus provided a nice acidity to the dish. Overall,
Main dishes came after, one of them was Prosciutto e bufala. The salty flavor of the Parma ham pairs perfectly with the creamy texture of the mozzarella and the nutty flavor of the parmesan. The rocket salad at the top was fresh, while the tomato sauce has a bright tangy taste.
The next main dish was Manzo Black Angus. The angus was cooked to perfection, and nicely matched with the mashed potato, which was creamy and flavorful. All in all, it was a delicious combination of flavors and textures that was sure to please.
For dessert, we had the Pistachio semifreddo, it was creamy and softy, with a great pistachio flavor. The blood orange sauce added a nice hint of sweetness, while the pistachio ganache added a lovely crunch. Overall, it was a delicious and well-balanced dessert that was the perfect way to end the meal.
