For my birthday, my friends decided to take me out for dinner. I told them that I wanted Chinese food and something different. They took me to Hakka Ye Ye, and we had a wonderful night! The staff was extremely friendly. They were patient in explaining every dish. For starters we had smoky chicken wings; this was an excellent compliment with my beer. The staff was extremely friendly. They were patient in explaining every dish. For starters we had smoky chicken wings; this was an excellent compliment with my beer. My friend preordered the sweet & sour duck w/ plums. This was really yummy, the flavour was just right. We also ordered the Ye Ye Stuffed Tofu. This was plain and simple, but it came in a clay pot. It was still bubbling when it arrived!
After dinner, I was enjoying my time chatting along with my friends. Then suddenly the lights dimmed, the staff started singing and my cake arrived!!!! Beautiful night will bring my family to try next time!
