After I have finished my appointment, I planned to have a quick dinner before heading back home. I walked past P.B.S. Premium Burger & Sandwich and was attracted by their presentation. It was located at Haven Street, several minutes walk from Causeway Bay MTR.They offered a wide range of burger and sandwich, as well as snacks and drinks etc. They offered few choices for their soft drinks, which goes well with the burger. Cheese fries - It was of thick texture and fried till soft and crispy. Cheese powder helped to make it cheesy, with ketchup provided at the side.
Buffalo chicken burger - The portion was very huge and tall in size, looking sinfully delicious. Chicken patty was deep fried till very crispy and juicy, with avocado and pineapple included in it. I added on sauteed mushroom and bacon, which were chewy and flavourful, going well with the burger. The bun was toasted till soft and crispy at the outside.
