One night we had chosen Friench food for gathering. It was recommended by one of my friends. The foods were very ex-oridinary and very delicious.This is the French style vegetable egg pie. It was my first time to eat that. It tasted very special. The cheese ball was crispy outside and creamy inside. Very good I am a cheese person. Wow..this one was very unexpected. All friends thought that was a grade A Beef or Sirloin something, but it was Iberico. It was very jucy and tender. This dish was the excellent food of the night.
Finally, dessert time. Very very good. I like the Crème Caramel the most. Not very sweet!
I liked the Dark Chocolate Ice cream of the Chocolate Molten Lava Cake. The ice cream was not too sweet, not bitter.
It was a wonderful night. Thank you Chef making that gorgeous dinner for us!
