This hotel houses a few restaurants and I’ve been revisiting. This time we came for a tipple and ended with amazingly delicious starters (at very good price too). Gambas al Ajillo: simply a bliss. Big prawns sautéed in crispy garlic and chilli oil, dip the focaccia toast in the oil and have a piece of heaven in your mouth. We shared a few mains:

Japanese styled risotto with Isoyaki abalone and mushroom, this risotto is usual because the sauce is a mixture of sweet/sour umami creaminess. Very appetising.

Sous-vide Iberico pork loin rack is thick but tender, with some sweet red wine pear sauce, and a side of deep fried potatoes, brussels sprouts and grilled leek.
