This is my worst restaurant experience in HK…When I first came in, I told the female staff A “I booked a table for one”, and, instead of leading me to the reserved table, she led me directly to the seat outside the bathroom. I can’t even sit on the chair because there were many people coming back and forth, so I moved to the sofa. During the 20 mins of waiting my order to serve, there were many people coming to the bathroom and the wood door makes many noises. So when female staff B served my meal, I told her I was upset that they just offering me this seat without realising the reservation I had made even though I had told them twice. The female staff B was very rude, she interrupted me and blamed me for not informing her about my reservation. I just said again and again that I have told the female staff A and also told B when I ordered the meal. B just said “she(A) didn’t know that, I’m sorry”(without truly feeling sorry)
It is not my fault that you cannot understand English and cannot do your job properly. Stop blaming your customers and just take a second to think about your own problems.
The food is just mediocre, there are many substitutes in HK so no need to come to this restaurant and get a lesson from the rude staff.
