Puff and mochi has always been my favorite.Putting them together is really making the whole dessert to the next level.I have tried matcha, hojicha, salted caramel coffee. Puff and mochi has always been my favorite.

I have tried matcha, hojicha, salted caramel coffee. Of all 3, I like hojicha the most.

Matcha: green tea powder covering the mochi; cream is not sweet; texture is very complicated and satisfying

Hojicha: Japanese 蕨餅 instead of mochi; hojicha cream. It is a better combo as the taste is more complicated than just having a plain mochi

Salted caramel coffee: no mochi inside but some peanuts on top. Texture wise is not as rich but as I have mentioned, the sweetness is very healthy and the coffee taste is strong

Mango yoghurt: my friend tried that but it’s not as outstanding as other tastes

Last but not least, please be aware of the 出爐時間!usually 1:15 and / or 5:15
