Tonight I went to have these popular sizzling steak. This restaurant is located in tst which is very convenient. Me and my friend chose boneless short rib and top blade, these two parts are very rare to see in restaurant. Since we added the combo which included salad, drink and rice. The salad was tasty with two sauces to choose from vinegar and sesame sauce. The boneless short rib was meaty and juicy. It was so yummy on its own with salt and pepper. The texture was soft and tender.
The top blade was so yummy. Again, the texture was so tender and easy to chew. It was so beefy and juicy, I like to eat this with the garlic and steak sauce, it really lift up the flavour.
