we were a group of 3, and couldn’t decide what to order. a waitress came over and suggested getting a tasting menu. as it was our first time at pici, she explained in detail their concept and was very friendly, laughing and joking with us. so the tasting menu - $290 per person - would get us 3 starters, 4 pastas and 3 desserts. we picked:* Burrata - this was sooo creamy!* Vitello Tonnato (veal with tuna mayonnaise) - on paper this sounds like a bad combo, and I’m not a fan of tuna, but the tuna

* Vitello Tonnato (veal with tuna mayonnaise) - on paper this sounds like a bad combo, and I’m not a fan of tuna, but the tuna mayo was so creamy and the tuna smell / taste was not too overpowering so it was perfect for dipping the bread in
* Fritto Misto (deep fried seafood) - real good
* Pappardelle (beef ragu) - the beef melts in your mouth 😍
* Tagliolini with black truffle - not bad but quite similar to the pappardelle - the waitress did warn us but we persisted 😅
* Classic Lasagna - it had a strange taste but maybe that’s just me
* Ravioli - also a bit strange but the clams were tasty
* Panna Cotta - was really surprised by the big portion, good value for money! it was so creamy
unfortunately the restaurant is in the middle of renewing their liquor license, so they can’t serve alcohol for now 😔 I got the Pici Punch mocktail instead and it was okay
overall it was a great dining experience. all the staff were all smiles and incredibly friendly, good environment and good food - can’t wait to come again 🍝
