Winter solstice lunch with boss, at his latest favorite restaurant. He said the chef has improved a lot since joining from lei garden, and has developed his own unique style.Here’s what we had:川芎白芷天麻凍馬友- the chilled threadfin tasted surprisingly good with the herbal jelly (not normally a fan of Chinese herbs) 魚羹- fish broth tasted so wholesome and the vegetables were so expertly and finely cut. Yummy.鮑魚雞粒酥- couldn’t really taste the diced abalone but texture was very 鬆化和牛球- crunchy pastry; a bit
Here’s what we had:

臘味糯米包
Assorted dessert : 蛋撻,藍棗糕, almond cookies etc. Egg tart was prob one of the best I have tried.
In summary: good quality lunch. Excellent service. Would prob return n try dinner.
