Founded by Eldwin Chua, the brand was originated from an industrial estate in Singapore. It slowly gained popularity with its sumptuous and reasonably-priced dishes. Xiao Long Bao is one of my favourites, and the restaurant brings it to the next level by adding different flavours to the dish.

I am surprised by the steamed glutinous rice stuffed in red dates. The texture is very interesting (in a good way) with a bit of sweetness. It is apparently a very famous Shanghainese dessert.
