It was my boss' birthday two weeks ago and he picked Hakka Ye Ye to host his Birthday Party. There were 40 of us and we took the whole venue. The food was excellent, dishes were served individually, timing was perfect, food was served hot, it was very yummy. Prawns with Hakka Rice wine - prawns were juicy and big
Emperor Chicken - Love the ginger and scallions.
Braised Pork Belly - I dont usually like fatty pork, but this is sweet and tender.
We also got to try the Hakka Grass Jelly. It was very refreshing.
The staff surprised our boss by turning the lights off while serving his birthday cake w/ lit candles. We had a great evening!!!
