Really bad experience. My friend and I ordered two ramen dishes, but after waiting for 45 minutes, we had to inquire about our order. The manager then informed us that our order was never placed and we had to reorder. We were disappointed that this was not communicated to us earlier, and the manager did not offer any apology. To make matters worse, we were informed that it would take another 20 minutes to prepare our dishes when restaurant wasn’t even half full! This experience left a bad impres

Really bad experience. My friend and I ordered two ramen dishes, but after waiting for 45 minutes, we had to inquire about our order. The manager then informed us that our order was never placed and we had to reorder. We were disappointed that this was not communicated to us earlier, and the manager did not offer any apology. To make matters worse, we were informed that it would take another 20 minutes to prepare our dishes when restaurant wasn’t even half full! This experience left a bad impression and we hope that the restaurant can improve their communication and service in the future.
