啱啱同幾個朋友去完日本旅行,呢日我哋再集合,當然要再食好西啦,朋友話食海鮮,於是就試吓呢個韓式海鮮塔,我都係第一次試,果然有驚喜。今次我哋揀嘅係首爾塔,配搭人蔘雞湯底!首爾塔好高啊!人蔘雞湯底,未開始蒸嘅樣!順便一提,侍應服務好好,好細心講解點樣食用,所以唔使驚唔識搞啲海鮮。而且仲會因應時令,幫你改咗菜單,好似今次咁,因為啲蝦同北寄貝唔夠新鮮,所以轉左和牛同埋花尾龍躉指天翅。最頂層係和牛,蒸得剛剛好,仲有少少粉紅色,用泡菜蘿蔔捲着食,又係另一種風味,唔錯!第二層係聖子同埋象拔蚌,兩樣都好大隻,食落口勁鮮甜,又夠彈牙爽口,真係好新鮮。第三層係元貝,入面啲海鮮湯汁好好味,元貝蒸到啱啱好,唔會太老,又係好好味。跟住係花尾龍躉,一啲都唔腥,啲肉好嫩滑,我本身唔鍾意食魚,但都覺得好好味。之後就係升一級嘅花尾龍躉指天翅,呢個部位係更加好食,因為有好多骨膠原更加滑,啱晒女士食。第六層係海花蟹,一打開已經嚇親,因為好大隻蟹。揭開個蟹蓋仲驚喜,因為有好多蟹膏,而且好多蟹肉,啲肉又夠實淨同鮮甜,啖啖肉。跟住就係厚切黑椒牛脷,大花蛤,開頭唔睇好牛脷,覺得會好韌,但原來咬落好林,花蛤就好鮮甜。跟住就係鮑魚,我

跟住就係鮑魚,我好驚啲鮑魚好韌同銀胃,不過呢個鮑魚好容易咬,好彈牙又唔韌,而且好有鮑魚味。至於側邊嘅日本番薯同南瓜就好甜好好食。

終於食到最尾,人蔘雞湯粥,估唔到啲海鮮蒸完會有咁大煲粥,但我已經飽到食唔落啦,係咁以試咗一啖,個粥好鮮甜好好味,食唔晒唯有打包,第二日叮返嚟食都仲係咁好食。
總括來講,我好滿意,韓式蒸海鮮原來係咁好食,甚至比平時食嗰啲海鮮更新鮮咁大隻,抵讚!
