「喜萬年酒樓」搬往新址將近四年,XO仔都只係去過飲兩次茶,因深覺新店大不如前,所以都冇刻意同屋企人黎食晚飯。早兩個月前,聽見迷人uncle及美人姐姐大讚老字號o既晚市宴席已回復當年水準,大肥爸爸即約好親友十五人,於月尾為小肥同靚靚媽咪慶生,睇吓係咪真係咁堅!派對於餐廳o既貴賓室內舉行,樓底雖然唔係咁夠高,不過勝在環境闊落衛生,室內有專人貼身服務,仲有個私人洗手間,感覺極之貴氣高雅,被封為「開心食府」應並非浪得虛名。冰鎮南非鮮鮑魚:打頭陣o既南非鮮鮑魚每人一大隻,夠哂得體!外表乾乾淨淨o既鮑魚厚身得黎咬落清新爽脆,不用多點醬油已夠鮮味。喜萬年乳豬全體:斬件上o既乳豬皮脆肉嫩,香口惹味,喜萬年招牌名菜果真有料到!松露香芒脆蝦球:經理哥哥極力推薦大肥點o既松露香芒脆蝦球又圓又大隻,且炸得絕對鬆化。金黃色o既芒果甜滑無比,加上蝦球本身爽脆非常,簡單以松露點綴更覺芳香可口,席上o既賓客都無一不讚,驚喜萬分!鮮拆魚雲豆腐羮或竹笙海豆腐羮:因家人好多都怕食魚雲,大肥專登安排咗兩款豆腐羮俾各人自選。XO仔揀o既竹笙豆腐羮熱就夠熱,不過個人略嫌味道偏淡,反而長輩都讚個魚雲豆腐羮鮮濃甜美。天婦羅龍躉球:龍
