都唔知第幾次食六本木了,每次試吓啲新嘢都會令人滿意。明太子玉子燒 $88 之前食開拉絲嘅芝士玉子燒,原來明太子玉子燒都好正,鹹鹹哋再帶帶微辣為嫩滑玉子燒帶嚟個重點。帆立貝 (2貫) $75、吞拿魚赤身 (2貫) $68 呢到嘅壽司都好高質,帆立貝夠肥,入口好滑,又夠鮮甜。赤身魚味好出,但呢到嘅赤身又有少少肥美感,兩者兼得。鵝肝手卷 $88 今次最大收鑊係發現到呢款咁香口嘅手卷!鵝肝都算大件,外表煎香到直情有少少焦脆,一咬香就散發出熱辣辣嘅油香,超正,但美中不足係食到最底會得飯。銀鱈魚西京燒 $138 食過好多次了,銀鱈魚依然都係咁香甜嫩滑,今次塊魚仲好似比之前嘅大塊咗,發達了。需加一服務費,埋單2人約$500。如果你鍾意睇我嘅食評,不妨關注我,支持吓我,謝謝你☺️💕

前幾日又放底亞女比老公同朋友去居酒屋食飯傾計。一聽個店名都好日式,入到店都係日式風格,掛左d燈籠,同用左清酒樽作擺設。香芒軟殻蟹卷($98)賣相都幾靚,一set有6件,一片片既芒果係面,而軟殻蟹炸得脆不油。明太子玉子燒($88)玉子燒用鐵板上枱,都幾熱辣辣,放左一陣都keep到溫度,厚身蛋味香濃,冇過老,如果再滑d就緊好,中間夾了明太子,微微辣。荔枝豚肉串($30/串)牛舌串($48/串)荔枝豚肉串都幾得意配搭,荔枝新鮮又爽甜多汁。牛舌每片唔薄,燒得嫩唔乾有肉汁。鰻魚飯($148)鰻魚燒到微微濃,雖然切開一半,其實係原條鰻魚,唔算肥美但冇骨,燒汁甜度適中,但就覺得唔夠多汁,飯量適合女仔食軟骨雞肉串($46)比一般見到的大份,仲加左軟骨,緊有口感,本身好夠味,所以唔駛點佢比既醬汁。但其實我想講個醬汁係由醬油+生蛋黃,好好味,撈白飯一流🤣🤣🤣.

居酒屋向來都是我在收工後和朋友談笑風生和小酌兩杯的最佳場所,其令人舒適安心的環境可以令人放鬆身心。有日經過一整天的辛勞後,和朋友經過長沙灣, 看到這間居酒屋就二話不說入去了。一入到這間居酒屋就彷彿置身於日本之中,牆身砌滿了各種啤酒和清酒的廣告和照片,餐廳內可看到廚師的手藝,場內也播著各種日劇主題曲和日本流行曲, 一坐在座位上,拘謹的神經瞬間放鬆了。收工當然要飲啤酒,而辛勞的一天要配上苦澀的黑啤,這杯suntory premium malt's black是我的最愛黑啤之一,與其他黑啤不同的是,他偏甜和濃滑的口感十分適合大口大口飲,會令人一杯接一杯,停不了口。而食物方面首先要點串燒餸啤酒。第一串串燒是安格斯牛肉串,牛肉燒至三成熟,口感鮮嫩多汁, 廚師指少少調味,突顯了安格斯牛肉濃烈的牛味。第二串是荔枝豚肉串,荔枝一入口即“爆汁”,甜味蓋過了整個串燒,令人想立即咬多一口。第三串是京蔥雞肉串,雞肉多汁嫩滑加上甜潤香口的京蔥和照燒汁,是經典中的經典。最後一串是豚腩串, 豚肉油脂分佈合理,一層脂肪一層豚肉,油香四溢,是四串串燒中最惹味的。主食則點了鯛魚濃湯稻庭烏冬,濃湯和烏冬分開上, 鯛魚龍湯一

最後我點了軟殼蟹天婦羅餸酒,軟殼蟹外殼炸得十分脆身,中間蟹黃蟹味就十分香口鬆脆,除了軟殼蟹,還有蕃薯天婦羅和粟米天婦羅,兩者都充滿新鮮蔬菜的清甜,也炸是不油不膩。
