呢間銅鑼灣好出名嘅Omakase一直都無機會試😅搬到去跑馬地終於嚟到試啦😚 裝潢係舒適嘅簡約風🪭雖然喺大馬路隔離有種日式既寧靜🇯🇵 裡面仲有個小庭園咁既空間充滿日式既氣氛🌳 每晚接待大概八個客人左右師傅好親切又會談笑風生😸食物有質素之餘比起一般Omakase既拘謹多了一份親切感🩷⭐️ 先付 🍱前菜已經好有藝術感🎨 有宮崎蟹🦀️京都風嘅湯葉以及水雲同沖繩海藻🌱 以鮮同清爽一共帶出夏天嘅主題🏝️⭐️ 吸物 🍲用黎自千葉縣既蜆熬成嘅湯底完全不加一滴鹽🧂每口蜆肉十分飽滿充滿甜味💙配上日本獨有既蒪菜同樣有清爽嘅特色🪴⭐️真鯛 🐟可以選擇配上紫蘇葉或酸汁凸顯出甜味🪻⭐️ 鰝鰺 🐠呢款魚第一次食肉質比較細緻同有口感😋⭐️ 白海老 🦐黎知富山嘅名物白海老味道唔算太濃🤍 低調得黎門口都係甜味🥳 另外用了素揚烹調香口但不油膩🔥⭐️ 金目鯛 💰黎自熱海嘅鯛魚同樣帶清甜而細膩🌊⭐️ 八爪魚 🐙吸盤同肉有兩種截然不同嘅口感 🤣 配上Wasabi的調味強度點到為止好加分🌶️⭐️ 海膽 🪼除咗鮮甜之外海膽既味道好有層次🧡 原來黎自富礦物嘅生長環境💎在Creamy中營造出一種獨特嘅香味⭐️ 季節料理 🍁估唔到白蝦仲有另一種發揮🥰師傅話係蝦丸
