與好友同有周日假期,就約定到尖沙咀晚飯及到酒吧消遣,以實際行動支持本地消費!而第一站晚飯選定了位於河内道的味道樂居酒屋;從門面的裝潢已滲出一股厚重的東瀛格調;室內與門面格調一致,十分具情懷的居酒屋,柔和的木色調,從木材透出的木香與多種海鮮鮮味交織一起,讓人感到的是很自然而然然的和風!餐廳有實體餐牌供參閱,點菜主要是用手機掃描二維碼進入官網去操作;在種類繁多的食物選單中,與好友交換意見後,選定了就在手機上落單;食物隨後逐一而至--南非鮑魚(2隻),燒至面層微焦,一入口的煙燻氣息填滿了味蕾,稍經咀嚼鮑魚的鮮美本味瞬即釋放,其質感爽滑彈牙,整體味感極之討好!北海道真蠔,嫩滑的生蠔肉在口中咬開後,海水鹹味夾雜著青瓜般的清鮮,一股晨露的海洋氣息擴張開來讓人有如沐浴在大海之中!而在生蠔底下舖墊了海藻粒及酸汁,有創意的做法!香炸日本池鱼仔,調味適中,香脆可口,一口一條,標準的餐前小食!黑松露溏心蛋(2隻),溏心蛋與黑松露醬是天生合拍者,此餐廳的出品在味道與質感上都令人吃得滿足!鹽燒雞軟骨,此食材炸得透徹,且極之入味,咀嚼起來有外脆內爽的口感,兼且可補充骨膠原,味佳又有益!煙肉荔枝卷,甜美的荔枝與鹹香
