星期日想斬料同屋企人食,見到呢間幾抵食同幾「市正」,所以叫咗幾款燒味。至尊燒鵝 下莊 $120燒鵝幾好賣,我五點去嘅時候話冇晒燒鵝,等到五點半先有。燒鵝份量都幾多,好有鵝香味。新鮮出爐,拎返屋企仲暖身。食落都幾多肉汁,加上外皮脆身,燒得幾好。加埋啲酸梅醬,食落味道就更加豐富。下莊有燒鵝髀食🤓老師傅燒腩仔 $64/半斤燒腩仔唔韌,肥瘦適中,一層肥一層瘦,幾靚。至於味道唔會好鹹,脆皮脆卜卜,好香脆,夠晒新鮮。另外會配芥末醬。客家鹽焗雞 $59/隻鹽焗雞做特價,所以唔使$60就買到成隻雞,抵。鹽焗雞肉質白身,有陣陣咸香味,可以再配啲薑蔥一齊食,會更惹味。燒味佬叉燒 $50/半斤叉燒半斤都幾多,食落都幾冧身,甜味比較重。如果邊位可以燒得燶啲就更加香口啦。
