星期日喺時代廣場行街,午餐一於喺度解決。呢次試吓12樓嘅「鍾廚」。十二點多,大概要等四至五張枱。========================【黑椒金錢肚】$40醬味濃郁帶少少辣,幾惹味;金錢肚彈牙,一份五至六塊,份量ok! 【陳皮鯪魚球】$37鯪魚球幾彈牙,陳皮味唔係好突出;墊底嘅娃娃菜吸收湯汁,對我來講娃娃菜先係重點!【雞蛋豬腳薑】$44賣相不錯,每份有兩隻雞蛋、五六件豬腳,味道酸甜平衡,豬腳軟腍入味,雞蛋只係表面有薑醋味,炆耐啲會入味啲。【鮮拆鮮蝦餃 】$12每籠一隻,賣相晶凝,摺褶整齊清晰;皮薄亦不至於一夾即穿。入面有原隻蝦肉,幾爽口。【乾炒牛河 】$128河粉碎開難夾,牛肉偏鹹嚡口。【脆皮腐皮卷 】$40餡料有鮮蝦,外層脆身,味道不錯;可能炸好冇吸油嘅關係整體偏油,蘸喼汁解油膩。【香麻叉燒酥 】$37口感頗香口鬆化,不過叉燒酥底都幾油,叉燒餡料份量如果多一啲會更吸引。【韭菜鮮蝦腸 】$39腸粉滑,鮮蝦餡料偏碎,差咁啲口感。整體而言,地點就腳,一行三人埋單四百幾蚊,價錢幾抵!========================鍾廚📍銅鑼灣勿地臣街1號時代廣場12樓1201號舖
