上個禮拜落咗成個星期嘅雨,都冇機會行遠少少食lunch,咁見今日天氣咁好,風和日麗,就約埋D同事一齊出去食吓飯啦,咁三五成群嗰陣,最好就緊係去飲茶啦~ 於是我哋就去咗公司附近李公館試吓,幾年前都知呢間餐廳攞過米芝連,但嚟到先至發現原來別有洞天。小小嘅樓面卻非常骨子,地方唔大,但又唔會一味加枱或者收窄D通道,令到地方好細好逼;相反,足夠嘅空間反而令粵式飲茶體驗得到最好嘅詮釋,而喺呢個寸金尺土嘅土地上,留白係一件非常寶貴嘅事。講咗咁耐都未入重點添,我地一行四人,叫咗幾籠佢嘅拿手點心同埋一客籠仔蒸龍躉頭腩糯米飯,樣樣都好好味。但就個人嚟講,呢個籠仔飯真心正!皆因睇個樣唔覺得有幾勁,而真實嘅味道就200分,呢種冇期望之下所獲得嘅喜悅,用“好味”、“意外之作”呢D咁嘅形容詞都已經唔夠,簡直應該用“驚為天人”嚟表達我內心嘅嗰份意外感。龍躉頭腩經過土法蒸煮,鮮味得到充分嘅保留,同時因為用蒸煮嘅方式,魚油同食油喺每一粒糯米之間停留、吸收,令糯米軟糯醇厚嘅香味無縫揉合油甘之香,更令口腔內每一𠻪嘅體驗得到全方位嘅享受,而呢一種做法簡單、味感鮮活嘅用餐感受,令原來已經難得嘅鬧市飲茶體驗,得到更進一步嘅昇華,
