第一次食呢間燒肉,未講味道住,呢間鋪頭嘅侍應嘅服務態度,係兩個女侍應,真係好好,服務好周道,肉品送上嚟都講解得好講好詳盡,點燒,邊款肉/海鮮燒幾耐,點燒都講得好清楚,所以唔驚會燒過時或者燒唔熟。如果佢哋無咁忙都會過嚟幫手燒,抵俾個佢哋。講下呢餐先,個二人餐原價$888,我哋一早訂咗枱,所以可以減$280,有鮑魚,活鰻,活蜆,仲有5款唔同嘅牛肉,其實我都唔識分佢邊隻肉打邊隻肉,日本和牛應該係最有牛味嘅和牛,油花唔錯,肉質軟嫩,牛味濃。侍應教我哋,燒活鰻先燒肉嗰邊5分鐘,之後再翻面,開頭個火唔够猛,所以5分鐘都未見咩改變,侍應都留意到,走咗過來幫我哋較大個火,燒多兩燒就可以轉另外一面,侍應仲提我哋要燒好3面肉先翻去燒魚皮,咁就4面都金黃香脆,燒好真係好正,好肥美,入口充滿魚油,依家仲回味緊鮑魚就要擺落個放咗蒜蓉牛油嘅鐵兜度燒,唔使燒好耐,差唔多燒好個比較年輕吧侍應就提我哋可以食啦,啱啱熟,鮑魚老就就韌,呢個完全唔會,仲好嫩,真係好好味。啲蜆好肥美,漲卜卜最尾我哋揀咗個和牛炒飯,佢係有個蕎麥冷麵2選1咁嘅,咁我啲呢啲牛魔王,就緊係和牛炒飯啦,個碟飯一攞上來,嗰陣香味真係好正,唔好介意,真係唔

所以總結係,真係好好食,大好評特別係俾侍應,服務真係好好,忘記講,油煙都唔大,真係值得一試。
