慶祝生日約咗朋友嚟食留家廚房,本身約夜晚,但又停晚市堂食,唯有改食午市變咗飲茶。餐牌上選擇都好多,第一次嚟所以嗌咗啲招牌菜留家煙燻雞同太史戈渣。叉燒都係招牌菜,我哋都好有興趣,但侍應只答一句「而家無喎」。唔知係嗰日賣晒,還是午市無供應,唔明佢咩意思…首先上枱嘅係留家煙燻雞,一上枱就聞到好香煙燻味食落帶煙燻味嘅滷水非常香。雞皮薄,脂肪唔會太多,雞肉嫩滑,就連雞胸位都好滑完全唔鞋用上新鮮雞所以有埋雞肝同雞腎,雞肝甘香,雞腎爽口,兩樣都好食另一招牌菜 - 太史戈渣,以高湯加雞蛋再上粉炸成,係個好花功夫嘅菜式。食時加啲白砂糖喺面,表面酥脆,味道好似玉子豆腐,同樣口感滑溜,但就多咗高湯嘅味道。苔條九肚魚粉漿夠薄,炸得非常酥脆,而且唔油膩內裡九肚魚嫩滑鮮味,帶點海苔嘅香味。炸到金黃色嘅蝦多士賣相好靚,食落多士酥脆唔油膩,蝦肉鮮味有彈性星期日限定嘅三色帶子餃造型精緻,表面橙色係蟹籽,黃色綠色分別係粟米同菜粒。內餡除咗有帶子仲有蝦肉,蝦味比帶子味道更突出。火鴨絲腸粉皮厚薄適中,中間夾住好多火鴨絲,好足料芋角比起一般無咁油膩,內餡芋泥綿密,好好味鳳凰煎米雞係煎嘅糯米雞,表面煎到微燶,口感同煲仔飯飯焦相似

炒貴刁都同樣有鑊氣,而且唔會過份油膩。
整體嚟講食物有水準質素高,環境亦坐得舒服。唯一係侍應服務好有進步空間!我本身對服務都算無乜要求,喺香港食呢啲幾百蚊一餐都唔會求有咩特別好服務,做到基本嘢就得,但個別侍應連基本都做唔到,希望餐廳可以改善下。
