行完街去左位於尖沙咀金巴利街8號嘅晴空日本料理,應老闆邀請試食佢地嘅$398 omakase套餐,竟然係全日供應。🉑第一道菜係沙律同茶碗蒸🍵,茶碗蒸入面有好大粒元貝🍥,蒸蛋入口好順滑,食完暖粒粒丫🌅🉑第二道菜係刺身三點,擺盤十分精緻,師父叫我由黑魚子赤蝦食起,再食油甘魚,最後食鮟鱇魚乾,味道👅👅唔錯,三種層次,d刺身都好新鮮🉑第三道菜係日本九州生蠔🦪,上面有馬糞海膽同三文魚籽,隻蠔非常creamy,食到舔舔脷👍😙🉑跟住第四道菜係天婦羅炸帶子🍘,隻帶子勁大隻,包住紫菜食,小心熱,師父調好晒味,依道菜俾10分滿分🉑然後第五道菜係壽司六貫🍣🍣,分別係炙燒章魚,中拖羅,北海道海膽,海鰻,右口魚邊,池魚。中拖羅入口即溶,油脂十足,北海道海膽好鮮甜,一d都唔苦,每款都調好味,唔駛再點醬油🫶🫶👍🤤🉑開始有七成飽,第六道菜師父直接遞埋嚟,原來係香蔥拖羅蓉手卷,包上超脆嘅紫菜,我擺低相機影一影即刻啪落口,真係超脆又食到入口即溶嘅拖羅蓉,依個好🉐🉑最後上埋麵豉湯同埋抹茶奶凍,個奶凍好creamy,聽講係師父以前去日本學藝嘅師父拎米芝蓮2星嘅代表作甜品,食埋個時甜品依餐真係大滿足💮😌
