舞伴得知小肥四月將外遊,早就約定出門前一試銅鑼灣新店「Sushi N」,為細佬預祝生日,堅有心。樓上壽司店嘅門面潮中帶禪,石池上嘅兩個小僧侶公仔祥和得尤其可愛。通往餐廳有三步石春小徑。以木為主嘅裝潢及間隔通爽企理,和風味濃。週四晚全店滿座,由於女伴訂位時未有要求坐壽司吧,即使早到都臨時難以安排,不過佢都仲好客氣地堅持要請食廚師發辦套餐「N」($1,580/位)。前菜三品正式為晚餐打向頭炮,其彩石擺盤精美尤甚,同餐廳門面設計極為相襯。應建議由右下方起逆時針方向食,小鉢中嘅忌廉芝士以晶瑩閃光嘅三文魚籽點綴,軟濃嘅配搭十分新穎。充滿立體感嘅灣月形碟中兩件布甸蛋蛋香軟有彈性,甜美可口。帶子沙律嘅帶子粒粒爽厚潤甜,橙味醋汁清新惹味。接著嘅節令刺身七品分開三段上,頭輪長碟先拼出三款。最右方兩件真羽太刺身要捲入頂面嘅土佐醋啫喱及蔥花一齊食,組合微酸帶甜,輕巧醒胃。型格碟盤中嘅光環主角位為師傅以甜蝦打出嘅甜蝦他他,精髓在於他他仍保持甜蝦半爽潤嘅狀態,簡單塗上脆薄嘅鱈魚乾上好似多士咁食落口,效果集酥化鮮嫩於一身,超!唧上青檸汁嘅西班牙生蠔肥厚滑溜。中途間場有四式爽脆嘅漬物。另上嘅山葵為新鮮生磨貨色,絕冇
