一直都未試金鶴拉麵,今日終於約埋老公出嚟撐枱腳。嚟到梗係要食佢最出名嘅招牌菜式,極濃龍蝦湯拉麵,湯底果然濃郁。其實加$60仲可以配有一隻龍蝦尾,見到隔籬枱啖啖肉食得津津有味,下次都要再加。北海道蟹湯拉麵湯底呈現奶白色,感覺特別暖笠笠。一大份嘅蟹膏蟹肉放在拉麵之上,真係非常香口。兩款拉麵都配有半隻流心蛋。仲有慢煮嘅叉燒,薄切嘅叉燒令口感更嫩滑。當然就唔少得紫菜,浸過湯底嘅紫菜,真係好似打邊爐嘅響鈴咁好味。另外我哋仲揀咗鹽燒五花腩,呢個價錢有兩串都唔錯。而且每塊都燒得甘香,近皮嘅位置仲燒得脆卜卜,食起上嚟唔覺油膩。
