靚靚媽咪班好姊妹好有細姪XO仔心架,因多個月不見,週一就專程走過黎灣仔/銅鑼灣區請食晏,地點仲揀喺細佬之前寫過好評o既「酒鍋」,粉絲auntie真係唔話得。「酒鍋」雖為火鍋店,但為應港人飲食習慣,火鍋只限晚市提供,午市則推連名都搞鬼過人o既點心小菜。彩色o既點心紙圖文並茂,單憑靚相好容易就點上多款趣緻o既菜式。雪中送炭叉燒餐包($48/三隻):師傅先喺麵粉混入竹炭造出叉燒餐包o既黑色皮層,再好似墨西哥包面咁以糖霜製出雪花效果,加埋個「雪中送炭」靚名,設計果真別出心裁。餐包內裡個叉燒餡甜潤味濃,個糖衣雪花面o既磨砂質感亦能增添脆巧,唯一個竹炭包層偏咗少少厚韌,若可加以改良,相信會更加完美。酥炸初天鵝($48/三隻):炸成天鵝形o既芋角實在嬌美!天鵝芋角乾脆鬆化,中間o既芋蓉芳香而不溜滯,實屬必吃之選!酒鍋獸($42/三隻):紫紅色o既酒鍋獸外形極之趣怪,點菜時睇餐牌上o既英文翻譯已知其餡心含豬肉、蝦、芝士、泡菜。酒鍋獸酸酸辣辣,新派點心黎講都算係幾得意。魷來游去(上湯浸魷魚餃;$52/三隻):透明玻璃碗內o既白色魷魚餃栩栩如生,外觀猶如餸名般於上湯內游玩似的。湯中o既菜苗脆綠幼嫩,半帶煙
