訂左枱食飯,係Black Sheep Restaurants之一,期待左一段時間,應該唔錯。我地6個人叫左兩份steak、兩份pasta,有無覺得好似好少野咁?其中有一份steak係1kg t-bone,應該好大份。仲搵左駐場sommelier幫我地揀左兩支紅酒,Stefano Amerighi Cortona Syrah同埋Ornellaia 'Le Serre Nuove'。 Appetisers個麵包外脆內軟幾好食,真係幾好食。另外仲有少少veggie可以refresh下,配有橄欖油同一個幾有趣嘅醬(白色)。 Pecorino al Fieno: Pecorino stagionato with pear and thyme-infused honey. 羊奶芝士配梨一齊食可以中和一下芝士比較濃嘅味道,幾清新。 Pappardelle: hand-cut pasta with a beef and pork ragu and parmesan. 簡單黎講就係闊身嘅hand-cut pasta加少少肉碎同芝士。 Tagliatelle Porcini: Ribbons of pas

Costata: 350g boneless ribeye, rich in flavour. 肉質都幾嫰滑,好彩呢個肉眼上枱先,如果唔係一黎就食個1kg t-bone都唔知點算(因為好大份會食飽左)。
Bistecca alla Fiorentina: 1kg t-bone steak, thick_cut and cooked medium rare in true Florentine fashion. 呢個就係1kg t-bone,真係好夠份量肉香油香樣樣齊,肉質方面比較厚實有肉味。我地加左個配菜Broccolini都好香好好味,加埋啲檸檬汁好清新。
