The dining space was very spacious and we were quickly sat in front of the open kitchen which was delightful and entertaining as we got to watch the chefs toss the ingredients in the pan and light it on fire. The lights were dimmed slightly to give that relaxing and slightly romantic ambiance which is fit for any dining occasion. We ordered the Garlic Steak (U.S. Beef Rib-eye 220g) and asked for medium rare. The steak arrived covered in golden brown fried garlic chips on a stone plate. The steak was thin and juicy. The texture was soft and had a bit of chew to it. Under the steak hid sautéed onions and mushrooms which, together with the garlic, made the dish very flavourful and aromatic.
We also ordered the Dancing Salsa Rice with Beef which was serves with a sunny-side-up, bean sprouts, some spicy pickled vegetables and tomato salsa. The rice itself is flavoured with a bit of sauce and not spicy at all, which suits everyone. The beef was from an Australian cut and was tender. I really enjoyed the bean sprouts which gave the dish a nice crunch. The salsa was also refreshing and cut through the heavy flavours of the other ingredients.
All in all, the food was very enjoyable, the portion size was just right to fill us up comfortably and the atmosphere was amazing. We also received good service and we were very happy with the whole dining experience. Would definitely return for their pizza menu and Garlic Bread Tower which I saw many people order.
