和老公慶祝一下紀念日,找了一間高級的餐廳吃晚飯,7:30已經差不多爆滿,店內有32個座位,有一朵大的玫瑰花十分搶眼,門口的設計亦非常特別,是可以調校成阻擋光線的玻璃,每次店員開門前調校成可透光,我都覺得有種科幻的感覺。分別選了六道菜和八道菜的套餐,其中各有一道菜是飲品。【Rose】見女最出名的雞尾酒,充滿了視覺玩味,一督破大泡沫,霧氣就散發出來。玫瑰溝荔枝酒精濃度較低。【魚子醬帶子刺身】高級的享受帶子鮮甜的味道沒有被突出的魚子醬掩蓋。【法式活澳洲龍蝦濃湯】龍蝦味道極度濃郁,形成奶滑有厚度的口感。【法國傳統有機慢煮雞胸沙律】雞胸鎖住了煎香過後的肉汁,配新鮮沙律都夠開胃。【法國特級鵝肝多士】鵝肝肥美甘香配着多士很飽滿。【日本A5頂級飛驒和牛肉眼】選了五成熟日本和牛,果然是油花比較重,伴碟的烤蔬菜都很香。【黑松露帶子薏米飯】帶子煎得兩邊金黃香脆中間軟心剛熟透,每一粒薏米都很飽滿,油沾滿了黑松露的香味。【法式紅酒燉梨雪葩】整個雪梨充滿了紅酒的香甜味道,雪花是微酸的檸檬味,兩種味道交纏。【巴馬火腿果仁沙律】果仁配巴馬火腿的配搭幾新鮮。【頂級牛肝野菌忌廉濃湯】攪拌到半碎狀態的野菌還能吃出一粒粒的口
