Most of Black Sheep's Restaurants that I've visited were above par when compared to industry standard, and Carbone is no exception. As soon as I sat down, the waiter served a small chunk of parmesan cheese from the wheel close to the entrance. Carbone is one of my go to places for good pasta, chill 1950s New York vibes, and a nice glass of wine. I enjoy the vibe here, friendly service, warm colors deco with comfortable sofas, family style tablecloth, music, and chatters.
