7點15分入座, 我地9個人, 第一round order左大概40串, 未夠7點半已經入單, d 野唻得好慢好慢, 差不多5mins 先唻一串, 食左兩個鐘先唻得一半, 跟住我地見旁邊比我地遲入座果d人都開始埋單, 終於忍唔住叫侍應追追d串燒, 進入第三個鐘, 眼見我地7:30分order 果條烏頭0係10:30分降落左只係到場30mins既一枱食客桌上, 我終於忍唔住大叫"我條烏頭呀! 我地等左3個鐘架啦." 點知個90後侍應堅持繼續擺低, 跟住走開, 忍無可忍, 唯有同另一個侍應投訴. 食左3個鐘仲係第一張單既一半, 完全冇野落肚既感覺, 跟住同佢傾掂數, 因為d客走得7788, 如果我地而家加單, 15mins 幫我地做好, 點知加單之後又話好多野都賣晒, 結果9個人用左4個鐘頭食左$1100, 唔係食飽, 而係等到飽, 唉, 冇下次.講返食物, 價錢貴因為份量太少, 味道一般, 搵唔到再去食既理由, 總之冇下次.

放工後的即興 Dinner,去朋友介紹的土瓜灣串串地,聽聞很熱鬧有排等,好彩好朋友一早去左搵位,一到即刻有得食! 一入門口已經很舒服,因為地方算寬敞衛生,沒有 "油立立" 的感覺,而且通風效果不錯,不會很重油煙味! 近門口有幾張 bar 檯位,有點日式居酒居的 Feel,同 Friends 食飯啱晒!4 個女仔,我地有人鍾意食海鮮,有人鍾意食 Dry,有人鍾意食肉 (Miss F 當然係鍾意食牛啦~)。首先食左鹽燒厚切牛舌,真的很厚切很 Juicy,而且醃味適中,不會太咸或太乾,難得! 驚喜繼續有黎: 翡翠螺、燒煙肉車厘茄、燒墨魚丸、燒菠蘿...... 材料很新鮮,食物的水份充足,所以不會太熱氣,另外冷凍夠大,大熱天時都唔會流晒汗!讚! 讚! 讚!

4 個女仔,我地有人鍾意食海鮮,有人鍾意食 Dry,有人鍾意食肉 (Miss F 當然係鍾意食牛啦~)。首先食左鹽燒厚切牛舌,真的很厚切很 Juicy,而且醃味適中,不會太咸或太乾,難得!

驚喜繼續有黎: 翡翠螺燒煙肉車厘茄燒墨魚丸燒菠蘿...... 材料很新鮮,食物的水份充足,所以不會太熱氣,另外冷凍夠大,大熱天時都唔會流晒汗!

Other Info. : 土瓜灣比較少去,最好搵定搭咩車走,有小巴去旺角、巴士去沙田、港鐡站等等~

我知沒圖沒真相..但當初因為賣相太差太細..所以沒有意慾影相!
真後悔!
但大家想尋找真相..可以親身去體驗下!

再坐多半小時..仍未齊單~
吹風+嘈吵+細碟+遲來...
雖然店員態度其實不差..
但終於忍不住..
第一次決定cut 單離場!
因為只吃了幾碟..埋單每人70元不夠~

整體上食物都燒得唔錯, 而且不會燒得好燶,食材方面都好新鮮又多元化, 可是沒有清水供應, 可以order 磺泉水, 汽水或者樽裝飲品,價錢方面價廉物美,平均消費可以由幾十元至百元, 放工之後來食下宵夜更是吹水聚腳好地方,地方好舒適更是燈火光猛, 更有高木枱橩及矮身的木枱櫈, 而且又有電視看, last order 是一時, 大約兩時就打烊, 服務都可以接受, 效率都好迅速, 又會巡視枱面的情況收下碟, 不錯的宵夜地方,每條串燒味道都真是不錯, 值得一試, 難怪每晚不少捧場客

最近川味燒烤店開了很多,大部分也是以烤好後加一堆辣味粉及孜然粉,所以味道偏咸,往往也要喝一大杯水才能解喝,所以試過幾次之後就沒有再去了~這店主要是日式燒烤,味道比較原汁原味,想不到一間小小的店也有很多選擇,各種海鮮、素菜或肉類也選擇繁多,帶子及大蜆燒得剛剛好,充滿蒜香及牛油香,很鮮味啊~燒飯團是我的另一推介,三角形的飯團燒得很好,表面燒得很脆身,變了金黃色的飯焦,加了醬汁一起汁味道很好,其實燒飯團真的只可慢工出細貨,太猛火的話很易燒焦的,所以很欣賞師傅的燒烤技術~鴨胸、秋刀魚、多春魚、煙肉蠔、豆角、磨菇、露芛卷及蒜蓉包等也燒得不錯,味道剛剛好,只是燒紅腸及燒雞亦有點腍,不夠乾身,如果乾身一點會更好,附上的醬汁除了有一般的醬油外,還有青辣椒做成的辣醬,辣得來很清新,十分喜愛!最後以燒菠蘿作為甜品,清甜的味道一洗之前的油膩~這小夜開至午夜,對於遲收工的我又可多一個選擇了~

已經食過幾次, 因為自己住附近, 所以價錢較佐敦出名的XX燒貴都會照幫襯, 因為佢用既都係靚料, 點燒都好食既, 同埋佢地服務態度真係比XX燒好得多~ 今次較貴, 2個人食左$5XX, 因為朋友生日, 我地食左蠔, 象拔蚌仔, 蝦, 花夾, 牛扒, 九菜..... 海鮮的確唔錯, 推薦象拔蚌仔, 不過燒九菜真係差, 點都咬唔開, 完全食唔到, 有待改進喇~

以前還在讀大學的時候,吃宵夜除了去可可之外,偶然想吃好一點,就會去吃串燒。那時候港這裡最出色的就是那個綠色的泰式汁,熱辣辣的串燒配上惹味的泰式辣汁,頓時帶出不一樣的味道,另外一款燒汁也不錯,甜甜的。以前只有青圓椒,現在有三色椒,香口多汁。芝士丸燒得有點焦黑,不過裡面的芝士溶得剛剛好,好好吃。多春魚一份六條。每條都有飽滿的魚春。廚師腸。外層微微脆。蒜蓉飽。上面的蒜蓉醬很香,整塊飽都焗得很脆,麵包碎灑到一桌都是。燒粟米。粟米好甜,粒粒飽滿,不過我覺得甜過頭了,哈哈。車厘茄。非常juicy鮮甜。燒洋蔥。洋蔥燒得很漂亮,多汁又爽脆帶甜。金菇牛肉卷。我還是第一次看到金菇牛肉卷的比例如此不平均,金菇超大束,肥牛幾乎看不見,不過味道是沒問題的。蒜蓉牛油焗西蘭花。沒有焗過頭令西蘭花變成軟腍,尚而保留莖部的爽脆,蒜蓉夠香,份量剛好,不會太鹹,不過如果再加一些芝士碎應該更好吃。釀泡菜雞翼。雞皮燒成脆脆的,裡面包著微辣的泡菜,吃起來相當方便,啖啖都是肉。燒牛仔骨。略嫌牛仔骨的肥肉部份太多,沒什麼肉。韮菜沒有燒乾,還保留少許菜汁,配燒汁同吃還不錯的。一陣子沒來,很高興水準一直都沒變。離開時店員更說他們過段時間

沒想到搬來土瓜灣之後,再遇上一家好吃的港式串燒店。其實這家店在舊舖我已經吃了很多次,搬來新舖之後就只來過兩次,可能吃宵夜的習慣改掉了,因為來的時候通常都是十一點多的時段。

這一次是來吃晚飯,因為剛下機,在機上吃了飛機餐,回到家再喝了一大碗湯,所以吃一些不太飽肚的就最好。大概是因為我們有一段時間沒有來,所以下單紙的款式多了,而且還有餐牌。本來只想吃一點點,結果越點越多,最後幾乎吃不完。

蒜蓉牛油焗西蘭花。沒有焗過頭令西蘭花變成軟腍,尚而保留莖部的爽脆,蒜蓉夠香,份量剛好,不會太鹹,不過如果再加一些芝士碎應該更好吃。

燒牛仔骨。略嫌牛仔骨的肥肉部份太多,沒什麼肉。

韮菜沒有燒乾,還保留少許菜汁,配燒汁同吃還不錯的。

一陣子沒來,很高興水準一直都沒變。離開時店員更說他們過段時間會再推出新的串燒款式,著我們有空再來吃。如果有時間的話,一定會來。

第一次寫食評就係比串串地食物除左即叫即燒外都幾有水準,都有好多款食物選擇尤其係佢個燒飯團,真係好好味,又脆又可口(可以講係我食過最好味既燒飯團)除左燒飯團外,仲有燒茄子,牛仔骨,白鱔,扇貝同芝士丸都好好味不過d菜就咸左少少,可以改善下但整體感覺比我好好既impression 我去食個晚個老闆咁啱係度仲走過黎同我地傾計問我地有咩需要改善,仲叫我地一齊比埋意見個老闆好nice同埋佢真係顧客至上所以大家不妨去試下

食物除左即叫即燒外都幾有水準,都有好多款食物選擇
尤其係佢個燒飯團,真係好好味,又脆又可口

(可以講係我食過最好味既燒飯團)

除左燒飯團外,仲有燒茄子,牛仔骨,白鱔,扇貝同芝士丸都好好味
不過d菜就咸左少少,可以改善下

It's a different story when you watch your food being prepared right in front of you.

As a 串燒 lover, I always look for good 串燒 places and stick with them.
I really like their sauce. Something about their sauce keeps me coming back ;]]
As a spicy lover, their 辣汁 is enough to make an impatient girl like me to waif for.
It is quite spicy, If you don't like spicy? Well, they got another 秘製sauce (just like 日本醬油)

We ordered few types of 串燒: 雞翼尖, 魷魚, 雞肉串, 豬頸肉 and 金菇roll....etc
the 雞翼尖, were excellent as always - spicy, garlicy, soft and hot! My favourite dish from this place!
豬頸肉, I like to choose 豬頸肉 when eating 串燒 because it's a more tender meat.
I asked for spicy so they sprinkled spicy seasoning powder on top.
We really enjoyed the 雞肉串, very tender and tasty. In fact, all of them were very yummy,
maybe it was due to the spicy sauce!
Was definitely spicier than I expected ... the sauce was so good!
It was a hot day but still enjoyed it very much.

All you get here is a table and a chair with your food...also beer
Don't expect anything else, but the 串燒 will be enough to make you happy!
The 串燒 are quite big, so I was very full from it!

The restaurant itself is quite big and bright with many tables.
It isn't too crowded and the seating is quite comfortable.
The service was not very friendly but things came on time they were right.

All in all, we greatly enjoyed the meal and the experience,
and I will definitely be coming back more often!

Price: $190 for 2

Likes: everything was decent
Dislikes: without any creditcard discount
Come Again? Yes, when I need some BBQ food!

同朋友係第二度食完野,,經過呢頭,,
友人話口痕,,想食串燒,,咁就黎呢度試下啦

係出面明明望見有兩個BAR位,,只係比人攞左黎擺袋,,

打左一次電話黎,,不過朋友冇為意

過左一輪準備行返過去,,朋友先見到,,
行到過去問返佢係咪有位,,佢話張枱比左人喇...
要再等過...前後加埋結果等左半個鐘有多...
入到去啱啱好十點半...因為裏面果枱人要睇完劇集先走...

入到去,,急忙著友人快點落單...
因為之前都有睇過食評...知道呢度出菜慢...
唔太肚餓,,所以兩人只共點左6樣野食...

結果都係如我所料...等左一段時間...大概都半個鐘有多...
呢個同佢處理order既方式應該有D關係..(我地估)
見師傅都已經密密燒,,只見隔離果枱有得食,,應該係一張單搞掂再搞另一張...
咁啱果一枱叫左幾多下...就有排燒...
呢一下就連興致勃勃既友人都等到頹左了...

等候其間,,我地又順便留意下其他食客,,
有一枱食完野好耐,,繼續坐左係度傾,,啤酒飲完再買再傾,,
睇黎呢度應該唔趕客走,,唔知出面多D人等位會唔會都係唔趕

成日行過見到呢間野,尋晚終於同老婆試下 :-

其餘果啲野(牛仔骨/雞心/雞軟骨/洋蔥/泡菜讓雞翼/菠蘿/仲有唔記得咩)都不過不失.

要彈既地方:-

- 出品超級耐,食足兩個半鍾,就算即叫即燒都唔可以接受,耐到我都唔記得啲野未出晒我就叫埋彈,跟住店員提醒仲有兩樣野未出我先坐番低,耐到真係唔記得叫咗咩


- 做串燒竟然冇做牛脷
, R 晒頭.....


- 韮菜勁多油+多渣, 菜心燒到生骨,完全唔掂,其他店係一路燒一路掃上汁水以保持蔬菜應有水份,但佢地真係就咁乾燒....好野!!


- 多春魚...wu~~~ 乾到苦!! 連魚春都燒到乾晒


其實出品既野好難每次保持最好狀態,本來都可以再試下睇下下次會唔會好啲....但佢地既出品時間耐得離奇,當晚人客不太多,真係唔明點解咁耐,拎個頭過去望下佢地攪乜,原來做緊外賣客,外賣客是優先的,所以如果當晚外賣客再多啲既話,我諗等到你傻(果晚我都親耳聽到兩台客催單)

至於服務, 呢個係我唔會再黎既原因,有位戴眼鏡類似孕婦既店員(or老闆娘) 全程木口木面,完全冇表情,講野得一個tone,有段好爆既小插曲, 去片:-

果度冇酒牌,我去對面士多買(果果都係咁做),飲完第一支買第二支果時我老婆話想飲鮮窄橙汁,咁我順手買埋啦,返入去既時候,果位戴眼鏡類似孕婦既店員話: 呢度除咗酒精類以外飲品唔可以喺度飲!

我: 係呀?唔好意思呀,我諗住見你呢度冇我先買者咋,原來唔得架....


店: 係呀,唔得架!


我: 咁而家點啊,我都買咗啦喎...


店: 一係我幫你雪住佢走果時攞番,一係而家行出門口飲完先入黎,一係而家嗱嗱林飲晒佢唔好要我難做


我: 唔駛攪到咁呀嘛,最多我俾番錢當我幫趁咗你地飲咗罐汽水之類啦...


店: 唔係錢唔錢問題! 果果客係咁我咪好唔掂?

我心諗,妳都九唔搭八,我就係見到隔離枱都有買鮮窄果汁入黎我先去買,當時我冇駁佢,因為枱客仲响度,同埋可能果枱客都有俾佢插完,所以費事拉埋人地落水,仲有,唔係錢問題係咩問題,你打哋開門口做生意唔係為錢為咩?我又唔覺你對做飲食業有咩熱誠喎...出品又慢又參差,對客又冇禮貌又冷冰冰,件事我都有唔啱,我冇問清楚,但係好小事姐,出黎食飯最緊要happy,個客都提出俾錢解決件事,話晒我第一次幫趁,你都想個客返轉頭,佢仲喺度懶有原則,喺其他客面前頂撞個客,講埋啲野仲要好有懲罰囉,小學生呀而家!?行出門口飲!! 九唔搭八,完全唔識做生意,自己冇酒牌飲品選擇又少,但又眼紅人地士多賺咗啲酒水錢, 其講好多雙贏方法可以解決酒水問題,不過費事教精佢,講完! 冇下次!
