和友人一起去了筲箕灣道太安樓地下的一間日本餐廳,餐廳的名字叫做:九州鯛魚。我們去食下午茶,座位相當闊落,所以才約30人,裝修都非常簡潔明亮,我們叫了兩客午市套餐,分別是牛肉飯定食和軟豬骨定食,另外叫了兩杯飲了,分別是有柚子凍飲茶和罐裝汽水。食物上枱時是整set放在盆子里,分別有薯仔蓉沙律,蔬菜沙律,裡面有生菜,番茄仔,加上芝麻醬。面豉湯,白米飯,半生熟的溫泉蛋加上鰹魚湯,有多層次的味道。當然少不了的是軟豬骨,豚肉入口軟㝝,尤其是豬軟骨的根肉汁非常豐富,肥瘦適中,豚肉中的汁用嚟撈飯,味道一流。令一款的牛肉,肉質肥瘦均勻,加上洋蔥和特製的醬汁,即時製作上枱,味道相當唔錯,加上一杯冰凍的柚子茶,我們叫了少甜,非常迎合我們夏天的飲料。

三隻帆立貝都好有份量,大大隻,肉質爽彈,裙邊煙韌,沒有多加調味更能嚐出其獨有的鮮味。還有追加的鯛魚片,肉質不算嫩滑,但絕不嚡口,且潔白鮮味,不錯!
