是晚晚飯完畢, 朋友提議回去前到大圍吃甜品, 反正都是駕車, 附近都可以'偷雞'停車一會, 便重臨傅師傅 雖然以往平平無奇, 畢竟距離上次光顧已有一年時間, 姑且再一試吧, 果然進步了呢!看見字面, 很特別的配撘, 吃下不知會怎樣, 即管試試! 結果不奇怪, 雙皮奶不會太搶, 芒果又不會太搶, 兩者的平衡不錯, 很滑的雙皮奶, 又夠味道而不會太甜或酸的芒果, 讚呢!很潤的龍眼燉雪梨, 不太甜, 很足料, 不妨一試!酥皮層很薄很脆, 當中的水果配撘不錯, 忌廉份量剛好, 整個甜品不會令人太飽, 又不算太甜, 不錯的口感!

星期日晚上,老公要給我拿點東西,為了令旅程更有意義,順道到大圍吃飯後甜品。臨行之前,他說比較想吃中式糖水,但我又想吃西式甜點,結果在網上找到這間中西合壁的傅師傅,由我拍板,就啟程了。大圍內街食肆林立,而且很多食店(尤其是小菜館)都設有露天座位,因此內街依然熱鬧非常。傅師傅就是這類食店之一,露天位雅座比較有風味,多數客人都選擇坐在戶外。正當我們思量應點什麼甜品其間,同一店員2次問我們想好了沒有,令人頗有壓迫感。研究了餐牌一會,決定要一中一西分享;老公決定要法式香蕉班戟配雪糕,中式的話本來想點西米露,可是找來找去也不見椰汁西米露,只有一系列生果西米露。最後點了楊枝甘露,想它該有椰汁吧。就在等食期間,用手機上FACEBOOK。自從出了打卡功能後,朋友們都在分享自己的位置。此時按一按地標,赫然發現人人都說自己在什麼什麼甜品屋,原來週日這個時候很多人都在吃甜品!幾分鐘後,先送來了楊枝甘露($24)。楊枝甘露的色澤很黃;攪拌一下,就發現它一點也不杰;再吃一口,就確定它完全沒有椰汁成份了!只有表面的少量奶狀物,但也不足以取代椰汁香。沒有椰奶,質感自然不幼滑。西米份量偏少,令本身已經不杰身的楊枝甘露更

幾分鐘後,先送來了楊枝甘露($24)。楊枝甘露的色澤很黃;攪拌一下,就發現它一點也不杰;再吃一口,就確定它完全沒有椰汁成份了!只有表面的少量奶狀物,但也不足以取代椰汁香。沒有椰奶,質感自然不幼滑。西米份量偏少,令本身已經不杰身的楊枝甘露更稀。加上芒果可能不合時宜,味道偏酸,連底部的兩片芒果肉也得放棄了。

至於香蕉班戟($18 加$5配單球雪糕),也不能感動我。首先,個人不喜歡這種毫不香口的班戟。班戟內的香蕉很足料,香蕉切成bite size,加起上來應該有一整條香蕉的份量。可是,忌廉也是同樣地足料,近2cm厚的忌廉填滿了班戟和香蕉之間的空間,實在不lady-friendly!而伴碟的云呢拿雪糕也比較淡。整件事就是吃了很肥膩的東西後卻滿足不到口感。不過,老公卻對班戟甚為滿意;在我來說,要吃Crêpe的話我寧可認認真真去Marion Crêpes。

兩個甜品盛惠 $47。付款的時候,以為自己付了兩張 $20 紙和 $7 散紙。怎料收銀員把一張 $20 遞回給我,原來我多付了二十元。這樣誠實的態度,真的不可多得。

因之前在「心飴」吃了又貴又不好吃的甜品......一直想吃好吃又不貴的甜品作補償,於是便到了大圍的傅師傅~~~聽說老闆以前是在有名的酒店作總廚,所以做甜品很有一手~~~晚餐只吃了些腸粉便吃甜品了~~~一到達便點了兩個招牌甜品~~~鮮果千層酥生果很多,亦很甜~~~不過每次吃也覺得如果酥皮能夠厚一點就好了~~~因為酥皮太薄,生果很厚,吃起來酥皮的感覺不夠~~~吉士醬味道很好~~~不會太甜~~~不過用「硬膠碟」........有點奇怪........心太軟再次吃心太軟......切開前心情很緊張.......會不會像「心飴」那麼不濟呢~~~順帶一提.....心太軟亦是用「硬膠碟」........= ="""切開一看,雖然朱古力醬不算流得很澎湃~但亦是很液體的流出來~~~最少比「心飴」好多了~~~又熱又軟的心太軟配上凍冰冰的雪糕~~~太滿足了~~~朱古力醬亦不會太甜~~~不過焗的時間還可以短一點點,讓朱古力醬流得更澎湃~楊枝甘露雪糕芒果布甸吃完之前的甜品~~~感覺肚子還有一點位置~~~結果再加點了另一個甜品......名字已把這甜品的內容都說出來了~~~芒果布甸很滑,質感也很夠~~~不過這楊枝

廚師提出,他竟說:「這個甜品是這樣的,是沒有西米的」
這是......解釋嗎...???
