除pizza以外,差唔多位置又有一間我想試好耐,但一直礙於長期要排隊而放棄的老店。經過數間雜誌的廣泛報道,失傳。懷舊。忌廉筒 就更加熱門。 某日李daddy經過見唔到人龍,終於試到回憶中的兒時味道! 雖然十分熱門,但各人的評價就好壞參半,究竟好唔好食呢?忌廉筒 傳統的忌廉筒製作工序繁複,所以有出售的餅店買少見少。一口咬落去食到淡淡的酥皮油香,質感偏實在,其實無論香脆度或牛油香味都比不上現時坊間的大熱甜品;再到忌廉部份,入口不即溶,質感實在亦偏向油膩;嗯!!是兒時的回道,物質無咁豐富的年代的美味,回憶都返晒嚟!《隱藏食法》 :網傳有個 #隱藏食法,就係成個忌廉筒食之前叮一分鐘。雖然溶化了的忌廉食落去更甜,但酥皮有翻生的感覺!牛油香味出晒嚟,比就咁食好多好多。 巨型蝴蝶酥 因為巨型,就吸引咗李daddy購買。味道上亦有驚喜,有濃濃的牛油香味,又夠脆,只係比較黏手,感覺差咗啲。小朋友都搶住食 (呢round蝴蝶酥胜) 結論 : 如果刻意入去排隊買嚟食就覺得無必要,但如果經過又唔使排隊,可以回味一下兒時味道。

傳統的忌廉筒製作工序繁複,所以有出售的餅店買少見少。一口咬落去食到淡淡的酥皮油香,質感偏實在,其實無論香脆度或牛油香味都比不上現時坊間的大熱甜品;再到忌廉部份,入口不即溶,質感實在亦偏向油膩;
嗯!!是兒時的回道,物質無咁豐富的年代的美味,回憶都返晒嚟!

《隱藏食法》 :
網傳有個 #隱藏食法,就係成個忌廉筒食之前叮一分鐘。雖然溶化了的忌廉食落去更甜,但酥皮有翻生的感覺!牛油香味出晒嚟,比就咁食好多好多。

每逢星期六日,都見到有一條長長嘅人龍排喺舖頭門口。上網嘅時候,曾經見過有個留言係 店內不准拍照,見到你拍照,會喝止你。

試過一次就夠,真心唔值得排隊等,係比媒體吹得太誇張。好彩個時仲未有而家咁誇張,我仲未排出門外,不過前面有個客一次過買3打,搞到我地後面啲客要等勁耐先有,建議限買會好啲。買6個先有盒裝,忌廉筒嘅size好細,忌廉又比得少,味道普普通通唔係差嘅,不過$7一個真係比較貴。其實唔係淨係得錦田呢間餅舖先有忌廉筒,我之前食過好多次連鎖店Pxxxxx仲正。最弊係見到師傅無戴口罩,係到整忌廉筒同埋講嘢,真係食佢口水🤢 無衛生意識😰
