餐廳位於靜中帶旺的天文臺圍店內地方大而光猛,感覺蠻舒適晚上八點半到達等到九點多才入座入口處放了不少生猛海鮮每樣食材均清楚列明價錢餐牌上亦有不少食物選擇和牛、丸類、蔬菜等等也有幾款套餐選擇用餐時也不怕失去預算蒸海鮮前店員先在鍋爐下層放入生米、鮮腐竹跟排骨再把蒸隔放於鍋中蒸海鮮象拔蚌仔爽甜鮮嫩底層墊底粉絲盡吸鮮味紐西蘭蟶子皇面層放了少量蒜蓉墊底亦放了些粉絲鮮嫩多汁石蠔蠔肥大肉厚海水味濃郁龍蝦肉厚鮮甜肉質彈牙,濃濃的蒜茸味好食!! 梅菜豬肉丸味道都很突出充滿彈性,水準之作蒸絲瓜 清而不寡,感覺很健康蒜茸肉蟹蒸糯米飯蟹汁完全滲入糯米飯,伴著蒜茸來伴飯吃糯米飯裡面更有不少蝦米,增加口感!價錢不算便宜,但質素比預期好也另人滿意!

我们一行4人,叫了1斤紐西蘭刀貝,1只加州象拔蚌,半只蟲草花蒸雞,2只奄仔蟹,4只6頭鲍鱼,8只中蝦,梅菜蒸介蘭及腐竹排骨粥底,論食材和服务都很好,刀貝,象拔蚌,鮑魚爽口鮮味,完全不用蘸調味料;奄仔蟹肉嫩多汁,蟹羔剛好不膩;蟲草花蒸雞亦是嫩滑不"鞋";蒜泥開邊蒸蝦略為多油;梅菜介蘭則是有驚喜,總體來說, 吃是不錯, 而且每枱都有專人負責落鍋、計時及上碟......可惜埋單時,居然会有两条蝦數,一条10両,一条6両,另外还有一条八面玲珑(小籠包),我们立即查單!那小籠包当然不是我们的!但那個蝦,回覆居然是第一条10両入錯了,第二条6両是補回!还说因为落單時没有報重量。不要当我们是水魚!8只中蝦怎会有16両!我们也会去買餸的!骗不了人!还有,如果真的埋單時有異常的数目,应该第一時间解释与客人,这样偷偷摸摸的,不是骗人还是什么!?我们当然不願意了,我们提议到厨房取8只蝦来看看是否16両,他们竟说我们吃了的会与厨房𥚃的不同......最后,他们“大方”的减了4両,最后3180埋單!我们吃得大方,但不代表我们大方的被当水魚“扲”!这家,我们不再来了!好自为之吧!

I found steamed hotpot very healthy with less oil since all the fat would have been dripped down from the tray. Also, you don't have to cook your food all in the same pot, also you don't have to share your 'soup' with all of your families or friends. 

The seafood is fresh and quite big in size. I would consider this place worth a visit and I may come back again with my other friends next time.

最後到這餐的重點精華出場了。在蒸食物之前侍應先放米,蕃薯和排骨在蒸架下面,待所有食物蒸好,粥也煲好了。試一口,粥底綿滑,味道鮮得不能形容。當然啦,集合了眾海鮮的鮮味,這道粥絕對是精華所在。

新年時段,所有折扣優惠停用。埋單差不多千三元,每人約三百多。其實這也不算太貴,三百多元就可吃到如此好味海鮮,可真化算。新一年剛開始,就能吃到這麼美味的一餐,希望這年所有事情都順利美滿。

象拔蚌刺身 $888, 顏色黑黑地,重有一股泥味,向部長投訴,佢換過一條來,但依然一樣,我地只係食在三分一,部長重話呢D貨係咁喎,不能跟加拿大品種相比,我都知唔可以跟加拿大品種比較,但都唔可以咁難食嘛
接著是蟶子皇 $68 一隻,重衰過我自己在街市買,又瘦又劏唔乾淨,又係一股泥味
六頭鮑魚 $88一隻,完全冇鮮味
最搵笨係跟住呢幾樣 …
半隻順德污糟雞 $288 ,一睇就知冇半隻,五個人每人只有好少,大家都冇食到食脾,唔通呢隻雞冇腳?只有好多大頭菜,鹹到死。
梅菜蒸菜心 $108,梅菜冇味,菜心冇味,乾柴柴
最後個南瓜排骨粥 $128 (我之前喺其他店食蒸鍋,最好味就係個粥,蒸完海鮮食好鮮味),竟然最後要加魚湯再煮喎,真奇怪

加埋酒水、茶芥,總共食左$4486,超貴又唔好吃,永無下次幫襯
