香港人唔知係咪有一個秋冬時節就會有一個想飯煲仔飯嘅癮,今日癮一起就專程5點半嚟到西營盤嘅坤記排隊,食返個熱辣辣嘅煲仔飯。白鱔煲仔飯 ($105) - 白鱔夠肥美夠大件,鼓汁及辣椒好配白鱔,可以中和返肥膩感,,到於個飯先至係極品,煲底全部有燋香飯燋,脆口,飯燋有滿滿白鱔精華加埋煲仔飯的甜鼓油味,係超級美味,至於白飯煲得夠乾身之餘又帶白鱔油香,好食到停唔到口。臘味田雞煲仔飯 ($110) - 田雞嫩滑又彈牙好食,臘味我本人覺得份量有點點少但都好食嘅,始終西營盤都係一個海味乾貨習中地,臘味點可能攞唔到靚貨呀,此外臘味更可以帶動煲仔飯有更豐富油份使食味倍增,飯底同樣可口,油香更為豐富滋味。基本上嚟得坤記食任何煲仔飯都可以係包好食嘅,必試呢。

星期六7:30嚟到已經要等位. 睇嚟應該有D料到. 等咗一鐘左右先有位. 入到嚟已經係咩都想試咩都想食既狀態睇到個餐牌重要咁多選擇, 真係一時之間有選擇困難. 經過同朋友們一番篩選. 勝出既佳麗有. 每人一煲自選煲仔飯,  炒通菜同埋九肚魚通菜好有大排檔水準, 夠鑊氣. 得椒鹽九肚魚: 出色, 炸得通透, 上枱熱辣辣. 好好食到主角煲仔飯上塲, 我比較貪心, 叫咗窩蛋牛+ 臘腸 + 咸魚.  飯粒分明, 咸魚係梅春既, 正. 牛肉都淋. 但比我想像中大煲. 睇嚟應該食唔哂白鱔煲仔飯. 呢個OK, 我唔多食鱔都入到口, 唔腥, 重幾爽口. 至於煲仔飯既精華, 我地今次就唔係煲煲有. 我嗰煲就無啦. 香港NO.1既煲仔飯!煲仔飯最引人入勝之處就係熱辣辣香噴噴,坤記真係食左咁多年都冇退步過!最出色係佢地既飯焦真係做到鬆脆而有米香,飯底用左三種米混合而成,即叫即整,淋埋煲仔飯豉油再come蓋焗一焗逼哂啲香味出黎,等緊果陣已經流哂口水🤤 頂層同中間既米軟糯有咬口,煲邊既飯焦脆到可以成塊起,索哂啲豉油汁又有炭火味,完全搶哂焦點~ 面頭既臘味同雞件直頭只係配菜黎,如果佢地整個白飯煲仔飯我都可以啪兩煲🤤😍😂

首先食左餸同飯 最後先一次過刮個飯焦出黎
豆豉白鱔 肉好滑 亦都唔算多骨 易食啊
滑雞都好滑 唔會好孩 好味😋
重點來了 個飯焦係脆卜卜 一刮 成塊起左出黎
平時d飯焦會好痴牙
因為佢呢個係脆同煙韌中間 所以無咁痴牙
個飯焦真係值得我等咁耐啊

雖然呢間係出名夜晚食煲仔飯,但我一路都未有機會夜晚過嚟食。反而lunch都嚟食過幾次。佢啲lunch set都幾抵食嘅,小菜通常50幾蚊,碟頭飯或者炒粉麵飯就通常40幾蚊都有啦。而且仲會包飲品或者湯添。咖哩海鮮炒飯 $43超大碟,應該係用咖喱粉炒嘅,不過落得足料,所以咖喱味都夠。海鮮有魷魚、蝦同埋好多斑塊,都足料。飯嘅份量就真係好多啦。食完都好夠飽。飲品方面我揀咗熱嘅好立克,佢真係沖得幾好飲,唔知有冇落淡奶,因為我覺得比起平時啲好立克,呢個嘅奶味比較重。

椒鹽九肚魚
Freshly made to order deep fried pepper salt “Bombay duck” fish. Topped with garlic and chilli, this is the definition of 避風塘 “typhoon shelter” flavour of HK!

FYI, I arrived at 5:45pm and battled with numerous aunties and uncles to squeeze in for the 1st round. Thank God that I got my seat such delicious claypot rice!

同好友都鍾意食白鱔,故淨係單獨叫咗個白鱔煲仔飯,另加$20潤腸,而冇叫雙拼白鱔煲,以免白鱔份量減少😅。
由於單叫,白鱔份量算多,件件都好肥美好滑,啖啖肉,由於加咗潤腸,冇落晒成碗豉油,以免過咸。
我哋等到個煲仔上枱先再叫另一個餸,荷芹炒臘味。如果兩個一齊叫,相信差唔多食完碟小菜個煲仔先至上,好似隔離枱對男女,見佢碟小菜都差唔多食完,追過侍應兩三次個煲仔飯都未到。
